Pride Kaizen Engineering Inc.is a technical expertise company based in Izmir Turkey, providing production support, technical service, machine training and innovative solutions globally for cigarette industry.   PRIDE Kaizen Engineering Inc. was founded in 2017 in Izmir Turkey by Hakki Arican uniquely to serve cigarette manufacturing and tobacco related industries all over the world. Hakki Arican is a mechanical engineer with 30 years of diversified engineering experience, 21 years of which acquired in multinational cigarette manufacturing industry in technical functions.

PRIDE is abbreviated for PRoductivity IDEas. As such we value productivity and improvement ideas to the utmost level and consider them as our working capital. On the other hand, our “prides” are our passion for engineering, our strong problem-solving skills, and proven quality of our services.  

KAIZEN is a Japanese word which means “good change”. As a business philosophy Kaizen represents continuous and incremental improvement in all processes and working practices. As such, Kaizen is probably the strongest tool leading to excellence in productivity, innovation and performance, as well as quality and operational health and safety. 

Our focus is Kaizen Engineering, i.e., support the business for continuous improvement. We provide simple and working engineering solutions to daily operational problems of the tobacco industry, regardless of the size of the problem big or small. The solution we provide can be a small touch on any unit, a reengineered part, a subassembly, a kit, a complete modification or a method.  We also provide consultancy on specific expertise areas and tailor-made research and development support on projects and operational issues upon request.
