Our operation support services are designed to fill in the gap created by lack of technical staff in your factory which may happen due to installation of new production lines, increased demand or vacation period etc.
Our services within this scope are:

• Provide operators, technicians and electricians for short term (up to 3 months)

• Provide operators, technicians and electricians for long term (more than 3 months)

• Fully undertake 3rd party production responsibility (1 year or longer periods) with KPI commitment.

We commit to provide highly qualified operators, production technicians and electricians who have more than 10 years of experience acquired in big capacity factories of multinational manufacturers. We ensure a smooth and uninterrupted operations with high machine efficiency and product quality.

Depending on number of technical personnel hired, we also provide translation, supervision and performance reporting support free of working time charge.
