The wire mesh chains provided by OEMs are not effectively aligning sticks on mass flow conveyors at cigarette and filter maker exits. What’s more, the wire mesh chains are deformed easily in short time. As a result, sticks get skewed on the conveyor and jammed at the entrance of downstream machine, causing rejects and process stoppages.  Worn out wire mesh also cause scratches on sticks. PRIDE ALIGN series stick alignment chains were developed to eliminate all problems due to wire mesh chains. It’s a quick win, simple yet effective!

Pride Align M1 (classical) and M2 (lighter version) chains replace the conventional wire-mesh parts at maker and KDF exits as well as mass-flow type exit of other handling equipment.

• Both roller chain types have easy installation feature, because they are connected to the same point as wire-mesh parts.
• Pride Align M1 and M2 prevent skewing and align skewed sticks at the mass-flow conveyor in machine exit side, thanks to their high precision rollers.
• Additionally, our product also eliminates the scratches that occur on cigarettes and filters due to use of worn out wire-mesh chain.
• Approx. 50% improvement was reported by clients in relevant process stoppages, as compared to the conventional wire-mesh chain.
• Our roller chains have 2 years of part lifetime with 3-shift 24 h usage. No deformation occurs on rollers in time.

Pride Align H1 series was designed to suppress the filter or cigarette sticks in hoper and thus prevent skewed stick and jamming during feeding to the downstream process. Equivalently simple and effective as M1 series!
   
Pride Veer series reengineered rod deflectors are developed to minimize long rod rejects by effectively deflecting and cutting the rod when broken.

• Applicable to GD 121 cigarette maker and adaptable to other maker types.
• Successfully functions with Superslim and Slim formats
• Approx. 70% less long rod rejects reported as compared to original deflector.

We design and manufacture tailored hand tools, jigs and devices where you have access, endurance or other problems with standard ones. 
As an example, Pride Handy L1 “Hex allen screwdriver set with 50 cm handle and 12-15 NM torque limiter” shown in the figure was specially designed to dismantle and install difficult to access bolts on filter downdrop unit of GD 121-AF12 cigarette maker machine. 

Similarly, Pride Handy S1 “Hex allen screwdriver set with 10 cm handle and 3-5 NM torque limiter” was developed specifically to use for tightening tongue pieces and short folders of cigarette makers. These garniture parts are very precise, brittle and too expensive. They are easily broken if tightened too much when installing.
