Effectiveness is ensured by our trainers who all have ”train the trainer” certificate and more than 20 years of experience in cigarette manufacturing industry as trainer and/or machine specialist, with proven track record.

As standard, we offer the following machine training programs for all maker, packer and filter machinery specified in our expertise portfolio:

• Operator Training – with focus on operational skills and standard tasks
• Mechanical Training – with focus on basic practices and troubleshooting skills
• Electronic Training - with focus on basic practices and troubleshooting skills
• Mini classes – Short and focused training packages on rebuilding and troubleshooting of specific subassemblies, such as cutter head, tip turning drum, alu-foil and film cutting units, stamper units etc.

Except these standard programs, we also offer tailored training as per specific needs of clients.
